UC Davis - Wolf Environmental Learning Center

The Elizabeth Mary Wolf Environmental Learning Center will become a dynamic hub for people and programs in the UC Davis Arboretum's west end.
HY Architects was retained by UC Davis to design the new facility. Its main feature will be a spacious multi-purpose room designed with open flow to the teaching nursery courtyard.
This indoor-outdoor facility will serve as a public program space, a classroom for visitor and volunteer events, and a program staging area for student environmental leaders in the Arboretum and Public Garden's Learning by Leading™ program.
The Learning Center will also provide offices for nursery staff, a kitchenette and much-needed restroom facilities.
More specifically, the project elements include a 1,600 SF new modular building, multipurpose room, break room and restrooms, large office and surrounding site work.
